Acceptance of Terms of Use

Submission and Use of Materials

1. When you submit any text or other materials to flockboss.com, you grant the owners of flockboss.com a royalty-free permanent license for the worldwide use of these materials unless a more restrictive, specific agreement has been made between you and flockboss.com ownership prior to your submission of the materials.
2. You are welcome to link from another website to the homepage of flockboss.com. Often, flockboss.com ownership is even happy if you wish to use links that bypass the flockboss.com homepage, but ownership asks that before doing that, you get its permission. You can request permission by sending a message via the ‘contact’ link at the bottom of the flockboss.com homepage.
3. You will not do any ‘framing’ or ‘inlining’ of material from the flockboss.com website without prior permission from flockboss.com ownership.
4. You will not submit material to the flockboss.com website that you do not own or have permission to distribute.

Liability

1. You are aware that flockboss.com ownership makes no warantee as to the accuracy of the content presented on the website, and that flockboss.com is not responsible for the consequences to you or others of any actions that you or others take based on the content presented on the website.
2. You are aware that flockboss.com ownership does not regularly edit or censor user-submitted content, and cannot guarantee that inappropriate content will not be posted. Flockboss.com ownership will review user postings from time to time and will remove postings it considers to be inappropriate.
3. You are aware that flockboss.com ownership reserves the right to edit and remove any content on the website at any time for any reason it deems necessary.
4. You are aware that the information posted on flockboss.com includes hypertext links or pointers to information created and maintained by other public and/or private organizations. Flockboss.com provides these links solely for your information and convenience. 5. You are aware that users have the option of submitting personal information about themselves and making it available for other users of the website to see, and that flockboss.com ownership bears no responsibility for the consequences of your submitting or viewing such information.

Flockboss.com ownership is very serious about providing a safe, well-functioning website; however, you are aware that flockboss.com ownership is not responsible for any damages to you resulting from downtime, slow performance, or the spread of computer viruses or other malicious software. You are responsible for protecting your computing device (or smartphone or tablet, etc.) from viruses and other malicious software.

User Conduct

1. You will not submit material to flockboss.com that is obscene, lewd, vulgar, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or which constitutes or condones unlawful conduct. Be nice.
2. You will not use the site to advertise or solicit for any products, services or events without first receiving permission from flockboss.com ownership.
3. You are aware that flockboss.com ownership reserves the right to cancel membership of users that it feels are acting in a manner detrimental to the user-experience of the website.
